# WV Culture Center: Arts Grants

## Grants For Artists In West Virginia

For Programs Currently Open For Application, Visit: [https://wvculture.org/agencies/arts/grants/](https://wvculture.org/agencies/arts/grants/)

**Application Requirements:**

- ● Applications must be submitted through the [GOapply](https://goapply2.akoyago.com/WV/Identity/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2FWV) grant portal
- ● All applicants must be registered as [Vendors with the State of West Virginia](https://prd311.wvoasis.gov/PRDVSS1X1ERP/Advantage4) and have a completed W-9 on file.
- ● All applicants must sign up for Electronic Funds Transfer [by completing the eVendor agreement (setup) at this link.](https://www.wvsao.gov/ElectronicPayments/Default) (Contact the State Auditor’s Office with questions regarding this process.) 
- ● Organizations are required to have a Unique Entity ID (UEI) from [SAM.gov](https://sam.gov/entity-registration). **Obtaining and renewing a UEI is FREE so beware of scams!** For registration instructions, refer to this [webinar](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DLCuPo2cQ4U) or [slide deck](https://www.gsa.gov/system/files/Nov_3_2021_Stakeholder_Meeting.pdf).
