The West Virginia Creative Network is the premier statewide platform to connect artists with fellow artists and creative career opportunities.

Members will be have access to essential resources including:  

WVCN Membership Portal 

Access to a members-only virtual community portal, full of resources to help members establish, grow, and sustain their arts businesses. Plus, a Community Forum for artists to connect, create groups, and share their thoughts and resources!

Artist Directory 

Every member will be added to a searchable directory of artists, arts-focused organizations, and creatively based businesses. Artists can easily find each other for partnerships and collaborations. Art-lovers can easily find and hire talented creatives from across the state. The Directory makes it easier than ever to search for specific artists and specific products and services, bringing more visibility to WV artists.

 

Who’s Eligible to Join? 

Creative Network members include:

  • West Virginian artists, arts organizations, and creatively based businesses who want a deeper connection to our state’s creative community, more visibility for their work, and/or more opportunities to grow in their arts career.

  • West Virginian expats and other non-resident artists, organizations, and businesses who have ties with the Mountain State, wish to stay connected to West Virginia’s creative community. Out of state members are accepted to the Create and Champion membership levels, by application only, and on a case by case basis. 

 

What are the Benefits of Becoming a Member? 

Becoming a part of the WV Creative Network gives you visibility, community & access to professional development resources helpful to artists at any stage of their career. It is free to apply to the creative network.

Membership Tiers 

At the West Virginia Creative Network, we believe every artist should have the resources and opportunities to help them, and their art business, thrive. And our membership tiers enable that. 

Depending on you and your needs, network members can choose from 3 different membership levels, designed to meet you where you are and help you reach your creative goals. 

  • Connect Membership: $0/month (WV Residents Only)
  • Create Membership: $9/month (or $93/year)
  • Champion Membership: $15/month (or $162/year)
