How to Edit Your Account Profile

Your WVCN account profile is your personal presence within the internal WVCN community, including the Forum, Groups, and Connections features. You can update your name, username, profile photo, and cover photo to reflect your personality or brand.

Important: Your Account Profile is Not the Same as Your Directory Listing

It’s easy to confuse the two—so here’s the difference:

• Your Account Profile appears to other WVCN members only inside the private Community Forum and Groups.
• Your Artist Directory Listing is a public-facing profile that shows up in the searchable WVCN Artist Directory for customers, partners, and the general public.

How to Access Your Account Profile Settings

To edit your account profile:

1. Log in to your WVCN
2. On the Navigation Bar, Hover over "Forum" &  Click  "My Profile"  
3. Click ‘Profile’ then ‘Edit’ 

Profile Sections You Can Edit

1. Edit "Base" Information  

• First & Last Name 
• Nickname (Username) 

After editing, click ‘Save Changes’ before moving on

2. Profile Photo

• Upload a clear photo of yourself or your business logo.
• Adjust the size if needed and click “Crop Photo” to finalize.

Tip: Square images (at least 400x400px) work best for profile pictures

3. Cover Photo 

Your cover photo appears at the top of your profile like a banner.

• Upload an image that represents your brand or artwork.
• Recommended dimensions: 1200 x 300px

Preview Your Profile

Once all changes are saved, click “View Profile” to see how your profile appears to others. Double-check that everything looks the way you want—this is what other members and potential collaborators will see when they visit your page.
