How to Change or Reset Your Password

Change your password

If you are already logged in and wish to change your password, take the following steps:

1. Click on your profile username on the top right of the screen
2. Go to Your Account → ‘Account Details’
3. Fill in Your Current Password and New Password 
4. Save Changes

Reset a lost password

If you have a WVCN account and forgot your login password, take the following steps

1. Visit the login page.

2. Click ‘Lost your password?’

3. Enter the email address on file with your WVCN account.

4. Select ‘Get New Password’

5. In a few moments, we’ll email your account’s email address

6. Check your email inbox and click the “Reset password” button to create a new password for your account.
