How to Change, Cancel, or Pause Membership

Changing Membership Tier 

Members are allowed to change their membership status at any time. 

Follow these steps to change your membership status: 

  1. On the Navigation Bar, Go to ‘For Artists” → “Manage My Profile” → “My Directory Listing” 
  2. Select the listing you want to change on Your Listing Dashboard 
  3. On the far right of the listing next to Plan, click ‘More’ then ‘Renew’ 
  4. Review Membership Plans and Pricing
  5. Select your new plan! 

Cancelling Membership 

If you wish to cancel your WVCN membership, you can follow these steps: 

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Click ‘My Subscription’ 
  3. Next to ‘Actions’, click on ‘Cancel’ 

 

Pausing Membership 

If you are a Create or Champion Membership and would like to pause your paid membership, you are able to cancel and to the Connect membership.
